HOW THE EXPERIENCE IS ORGANIZED
Thanks to our Truffle farm of 3000 plants which extends for 4 hectares in the Sirente Velino park, we organize experiential routes divided into 4 phases:
Phase 1: Didactics in the truffle farm with explanation of all the steps from soil analysis, planting of plants, cultivation up to the search and collection of truffles by Dr. Raffaele Bianchi known truffle hunter as well as owner of the Truffle Farm.
Phase 2: Guided search with our dog friends who, thanks to their sniffing, will take us on a hands-on experience of the real truffle search.
Phase 3: Tasting in Tartufaia with Gold In The Land signature products of excellence.
Step 4: Lunch exclusively based on Truffles in the very elegant “Segreta” in Vivendo restaurant with menu designed and created by Chef Cipriani Michele.
