Porcini mushroom cream. Porcini mushrooms are processed with chopped onion and parsley and mixed with olive oil to obtain a cream with a velvety consistency.
Ingredients
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 60%, olive oil, onion, salt, granular vegetable stock cube, spices.
Useful Tips
The taste of the cream remains delicate due to the right balance between the ingredients: the aromatic herbs do not cover the flavor of the mushroom but enhance its qualities.
Ideal for: white or boiled meats. Slightly warmed up, it is excellent with croutons, and surprising when accompanied with cutlet.
